Cancellation Policy
To amend or cancel a booking, you can do so through the ‘My Bookings’ section in your account. Alternatively, you may contact the seller directly to request changes. Please note that the responsibility for the original booking and any applicable charges remains with you, even if you request changes directly with the seller. Cancellation and Amendment Policy • Free Cancellation or Amendments: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if changes are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. • Cancellation or Amendments Between 4–24 Hours Before the Booking: A fee of 20% of the service price will apply for cancellations or amendments made during this period. • Cancellation or Amendments Within 4 Hours of the Booking: Cancellations or amendments made within 4 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 60% of the service price. • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled booking without prior cancellation or amendment, you will be charged 100% of the service price. Additional Information • Payment and Refunds: Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be issued within 7 working days, minus any applicable fees. • Seller Communication: While you may contact the seller directly for changes, we recommend using the platform to ensure proper tracking and resolution of your request. • Service Quality and Responsibility: Flipside acts solely as a platform connecting customers with service providers. The seller is solely responsible for delivering the service. If any issues arise, you should communicate directly with the seller to resolve them. • Disputes: In the unlikely event of a dispute, Flipside can assist in mediating but does not assume liability for the outcome or resolution.
